Nitrous Butterfly is an independent entertainment software and technology company based in Lowell, Massachusetts. Since it's creation in 2003 the company has created two PC video game titles as well as several developer content packs. The companies goal is not only to provide fun and engaging PC video game titles, but also provide content in the form of graphics and programming to aid other independent developers.
Nitrous Butterfly is currently developing a new 3D social networking project called NuVera Online. Currently there are two people working for Nitrous Butterfly working to create a social networking website and application that offers more in the way of end user creativity. The current project is nearing the closed beta stage and is currently estimating a spring/summer public release.
